As the European Commission is about to publish its intentions in terms of Data Governance, the launch of the Digital New Deal / aNewGovernance note « Personal Data Sharing : Governance as a Game-Changer » was the occasion for a roundtable where we confronted the perspectives from legislator, government, innovation fund, professional association and large corporate with:
- Eric Bothorel, member of the French Parliament and co chair of its study group on Data & Artificial Intelligence,
- Renaud Vedel, from the French Ministry of the Economy and Finance who is the Coordinator for the French National AI strategy
- Jaana Sinipuro, who is Project Director at the Finnish Innovation Fund Sitra, in charge of the Human-driven data economy through the IHAN program.
- Milan Petkovic who is Head of the Data Science Dpt at Philips NV, and Vice-President of BDVA, the Big Data Value Association.
